I can't log in

Problem: Getting "invalid credentials" error

Solutions:

  • Verify you're using the correct email address
  • Reset your password using "Forgot Password"
  • Check that Caps Lock is off
  • Try clearing browser cookies and cache
  • Use a different browser (sometimes extensions interfere)

My dashboard is showing old data

Problem: Analytics aren't updating after logging trades

Solutions:

  • Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Log out and back in
  • Wait 30 seconds—calculations take a moment
  • Check that your trade was actually saved (look in trade log)

The trading terminal isn't loading

Problem: Chart won't display, "Loading..." never finishes

Solutions:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser
  • Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
  • Clear browser cache and refresh
  • Try a different asset (it might be a data issue for that symbol)

My trade calculation is wrong

Problem: P&L, R:R, or position size looks incorrect

Solutions:

  • Verify your entry and exit prices are accurate
  • Check that your quantity is correct
  • Make sure stop loss and take profit are entered
  • Note: R:R calculation requires BOTH stop loss AND take profit

Do I need trading experience?

No. ForgeEdge is designed for traders at every level, from complete beginners to professionals. Start with the "Beginner Trader" pathway in courses.

What markets can I trade?

You can log trades in any market. The terminal supports stocks, crypto, and forex.

Is there a mobile app?

We're mobile-responsive (works on tablets), but we don't have a dedicated iOS/Android app yet. It's on our roadmap for 2026.

Can I export my trades?

Yes. Pro plan members can export their trade journal to CSV. Go to Analytics > Export Data.

How long is the data kept?

All your data is kept forever. We don't delete historical trades.

Can I trade with the paper money in the terminal?

Yes. The terminal uses simulated capital. You can set any starting balance. These trades don't affect your real account—they're for practice only.

Can I share my account with a friend?

No. Each user needs their own account. However, you can both sign up for free and see the same content.

What if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll get an email with a reset link. That link expires in 2 hours.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
