Billing Questions

When does my billing cycle renew?

Subscriptions renew on the same date each month (or year). You'll receive an email 7 days before renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime through Settings > Billing. No questions asked. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit card
  • PayPal
  • Wire transfer (enterprise only)

Do you offer refunds?

If you've just subscribed and haven't used the service yet, contact support for a full refund within 7 days. Otherwise, no refunds—but you can cancel before renewal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Change your plan anytime. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades refund the difference.
